Home / Legal & GDPR
Who we are legally, what laws govern your orders, and — for customers covered by the GDPR — the full list of your data rights and how to use them.
HotDealsZone is a registered Australian business. Orders placed on this site or by phone are contracts under Australian Consumer Law — which already gives you strong rights about quality and refunds.
Because flowers occasionally get ordered for or by people in Europe, we also honour GDPR data rights for anyone they're relevant to. The dedicated block below covers that; our privacy policy covers the day-to-day data handling in friendlier language.

HotDealsZone Pty Ltd (ABN 63 742 918 054), trading as HotDealsZone floral studio. Registered address: Ground Floor Shop 22/462 Chapel Rd, Bankstown NSW 2200, Australia. Owner and director: Mia Callahan.

Contracts for purchases are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law — including guarantees on acceptable quality and fitness for purpose, which can't be excluded.
Disputes: talk to us first. Nearly everything resolves in one phone call; if it doesn't, NSW courts or NSW Fair Trading are the proper venues.
Custom floral arrangements and related goods, made to order. Because bouquets are bespoke and perishable, the usual change-of-mind rules differ — see our refunds page for the practical detail.
Quotes are fixed once accepted; substitution rules for unavailable stems are described on each service page and apply as stated there.
Photos, text and designs on hotdealszone.info are ours or licensed to us — please don't republish them commercially without asking. Sharing a photo of a bouquet you bought, on your own socials, is always fine and genuinely appreciated.
We stand behind our work — damaged or incorrect orders are remade or refunded per the refunds policy. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the order value except where consumer law says otherwise.
Delivery timing is our responsibility within the windows we confirm; events genuinely outside our control (closed venues, wrong addresses supplied) get sorted by conversation, not by pointing at this clause.
This page changes when the law or our practices change — the date at the top is the honest last-edit date. Material changes get flagged to active subscribers by email.
If the GDPR applies to you — you're in the EU/UK, or your data was collected in connection with an EU order — you have the rights below. Email hotdealszone@gmail.com with 'GDPR request' in the subject and we respond within 30 days, usually far sooner.
We act as data controller for order data. Our lawful basis is contract performance for orders and consent for anything marketing-related. Full detail on collection and retention is in our privacy policy.
HotDealsZone Pty Ltd answers its own email — write to hotdealszone@gmail.com or call the studio and ask for Mia.
