Plain-language rundown of what data HotDealsZone collects when you order a bouquet, how long it stays with us, and the rights you have over it.
We collect what we need to make and deliver your flowers: your name, contact details, the delivery address and the card message. That's the list.
We don't sell data, we don't run ad trackers across the site, and we don't keep your details longer than the law asks us to. The sections below spell it out properly — and if anything reads like mud, email us and we'll translate.

When you order or enquire we collect your name, phone number, email address, the delivery address and the message for the card. If you order for someone else, their name and address come with the order too.
If you phone us, we keep a note of the conversation details — what you ordered, dates, any allergies or requests — so the next person you talk to doesn't make you repeat it.
To make the bouquet, write the card, deliver it, and contact you if something on the order needs a decision. That's the primary use.
Our florists and drivers see what's needed to make and deliver the order. Payment processing happens through our point-of-sale provider — we never see or store full card numbers.
We use standard tools for email and booking admin. Each provider gets the minimum slice of data needed to do its job, under their own privacy obligations. Beyond that, nobody — no brokers, no marketers, no list sales.
Order records sit in our system for up to seven years because Australian tax law requires it. Enquiry notes that never became orders are cleared within twelve months.
Marketing consent lasts until you withdraw it — unsubscribing removes you immediately, not in a 'processing period'.
You can ask at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where the law allows. Email hotdealszone@gmail.com or call +61 7 3852 4196 and we'll action it within a few business days.
If you're in the EU/UK or dealing with us under GDPR rules, the fuller version of these rights lives on our Legal & GDPR page.
Order data lives in access-controlled systems; only the three florists and our bookkeeper can open them. Paper order cards are shredded once the order is complete and invoiced.
No system is bulletproof, so if a breach ever affects your data we'll tell you directly and quickly — that's a promise, not a policy hedge.
Email or call and ask straight out — a person answers, not a policy bot. Or read the related pages below for the full legal picture.
