- Photo before dispatch — you approve the finished bouquet or we tweak it.
- Hand-written card — your words, real pen, signed with your name only.
- Water-pack transport — stems arrive hydrated, not rattled in a box.
- Delivery inside Bankstown — and a text to you the moment it lands.
- Care card — the 90-second routine that doubles vase life.
The only things that ever add to a quote: delivery beyond the free zone, must-have out-of-season stems, and event setups that need a second pair of hands. All stated upfront — the terms page has the contract-level detail.

A Signature bouquet in ranunculus season is dense and ruffled; in January the same money buys dahlias and garden roses. The price stays — what the market offers changes.
